Bring the TONED studio experience directly to your home by using our dedicated app. The platform was created by Tanya Rockovich, an experienced Pilates studio owner, entrepreneur, and mother of two. With over 600 hours of education and more than nine years of teaching fitness under her belt, Tanya is a certified Pilates instructor dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
Tanya's passion for Pilates stems from its ability to sculpt the body without adding unnecessary strain or bulk. She has channeled her expertise into the development of the TONED method, which combines Pilates, Sculpt, Stretching, and functional movements that promote overall well-being. Each workout is thoughtfully structured to deliver a rewarding at-home fitness experience, with the program continuously adapting to meet the evolving needs of its members.
The TONED method focuses on leveraging various movement styles, mindful breathing practices, and promoting mind-body awareness to enhance strength, stamina, posture, and self-awareness. Through these elements, participants are encouraged to embody the essence of movement.
